SMF 2008 is taking place in the historical Ditton Manor, part of CA's European Headquarters. This beautiful manor house sits at the centre of a fine 200 acre estate created in a traditional English landscape style, with fine views over the moated island to parkland, woodland and lakes.

The SMF will be a blend of industry guest speakers TSANet members and presentations on the hot topics of the day in the support industry.
The main theme will, as always, be centered on what is important to the delegates in their day to day business.
